Awesome rehearsal with the jazz legend, Benny Golson and the Butler University Jazz Ensemble. We will be performing tomorrow, April 5th, on the Butler University campus, in the Schrott Center for the Arts, at 7:00pm. Free admission!

What an honor to be able to perform with a jazz legend. I have to admit I was a little nervous going in knowing I would be playing music, he composed.  I mean come on, he played with Benny Goodman, Dizzy Gillespie, Lionel Hampton, Earl Bostic and Art Blakey. He has written music for TV, and movies, he has  he has recoded, composed, and arranged music for many top artist. He is a living legend, and I not only got to meet him, I get to perform with him!
